I consider getting a server from them, but I heard that the support is not very good. I am not going to ask the same question, of course I can use the search button, but please tell me if they really offer remote reboots. As far as I have understood no person here received the remote reboot login advertised by them.

long story short: this is why Tranxactglobal has agreements with Value Added Resellers, such as Cabalstudio (or us). I think you should go with Cabalstudio, they're cheaper, or with us if you're looking for developers support.

what you heard is incorrect. Most have their remote reboots.

I'm friends with Jeff and I think he is quite a nice guy :). We may be trying them out just to see how good they really are ;). Just put some test sites on there or something ;). Who knows give them a shot. I heard good about them so far!
