On our full service packages, we will manage DNS, FrontPage extensions, etc. We will also set up and troubleshoot any ftp accounts you need. You can design and upload your website yourself, or we can do it for you. We will provide free technical support.
For self service packages, you will be responsible for any DNS changes, ftp account modifications, setting up / maintaining FrontPage extensions, etc. once the setup is complete. We will provide you with 24/7 Control Panel access, so that you can easily maintain your website. Limited technical support is available at no cost.
