Web Guyz is looking to fill a sales position on their staff.

The job will include:
- Selling hosting packages
- Selling web site design

The pay will be commission based. You will also receive Plan #5 free (see www.webguyz.ws and click on hosting for what plan #5 contains) as long as you sell 10 hosting packages per month and 1 web site design every 50 days.

Previous experience is a plus but not required at all.

We are looking to fill this position by April 10, 2002.

All interested parties should e-mail peter.baptista@webguyz.ws stating their interest. Everybody will get a reply.

This is a great opportunity to pick-up some extra cash for doing very minimal work.

I think you would get more qualified inquires if you were to offer a base salary, even if it were low.

just my thoughts, I don't like working for commission like this, it makes me feel like an "affiliate"not an employee... It also hinders my abilty to do a good job, due to restrictions, can't be losing those commissions!

Mike,

Interested parties will get the commission info after they e-mail us requesting them.

As far as offering a base salary. Not happening. We can't take the risk of paying somebody a base salary. What stops that person from sitting around for 3 weeks doing nothing collecting a base salary and then getting fired? What we pay them $50/week ($150 total) and then we're in the hole!

We're not a huge company that can afford to take hits like that right now.

There is also the method of hourly pay, and having them report their efforts to you. This way you know what they are up to. The thing that keeps them from sitting around collecting your money is the fact that they are a hard working professional person, and you would have screened them, looked over their resume and maybe contacted some of their references.

I am not saying there is anything wrong with commission pay, I just think that the more qualified people will not apply for the posistion. When the pay is only commission, then usually the reuirements for the job are minimal, therefore the people applying have minimal experience/qualifications. They may still be able to do a good job though.

I wish your company a prosperous future. I hope to see it grow.
