I don't have any experience with them, but their website is very professional, and looks like that there are some nice comments from their customer too (it's a good sign). :)

So far so good...

I've had a hosting account with them for a couple of weeks.
Fast support, good documentation, and they really know what they're doing technically. They have their own control panel, datacenter, netblock...

Their accounts have IMAP/web mail (and still POP) - really convenient if you're checking your mail from multiple locations, and something not offered by too many hosts as far as I'm aware.

The main minus for me at the mo' is that their ping times are longer than my other host, and consequently page loads are usually a bit slower. They say they are in the process of upgrading their bandwidth.

Their sign-up process is instant (!) and includes a free 7 day trial, so if you're unsure, you can roll up your sleeves and get going. I was not invoiced during the first week. I can't vouch for ease of cancellation -- I haven't wanted to!
