Anybody know how to configure Ensim so that mail addressed to the servername is received by an email address?

Rackshack ensim servers setup as ensim.rackshack.net. So, if I setup ensim.foo.bar, although mail to @foo.bar will be delivered, whereas mail to @ensim.foo.bar is stored in root.

Mail via smtp gets bounced, because the receiving server can't #trace back to root@ensim.foo.bar#.

I can't add the domain name as a subdomain as Ensim says 'can't have domain name the same as servername'.

Tried mx records, the lot, w/o success.

Rackshack say "hostname email isn't supported by tech support".
