Are there any resellers in Florida? Do you have to charge sales tax or what are the tax laws concerning this. I tried looking on the state website but couldn't not find anything. Andrew

I resell in florida...i don`t charge tax. But i don`t pay attention to crap like that anyway.

If I were you I would contact a account business (I don't know if it is the good word). And just ask how you should do it.

I don't think that you have to charge sales taxes on services. Only tangible goods.

Yes :)

That is the word I was looking for. I don't know about the State Floriada. But in the Netherlands every business has to pay TAX. It doesn't matter what kind of comapny it is.


So if I were you I would just contact an accountant to ask if you have to pay tax and such on. Just in case.
