Are there any resellers in Florida? Do you have to charge sales tax or what are the tax laws concerning this. I tried looking on the state website but couldn't not find anything. Andrew

And just ask how you should do it. Maniac 04-04-2002, 12:43 PM Starhost, Do you mean accountant? chihuahuabot 04-04-2002, 02:59 PM I don't think that you have to charge sales taxes on services. Only tangible goods. Starhost 04-04-2002, 05:10 PM Yes :) That is the word I was looking for. I don't know about the State Floriada. But in the Netherlands every business has to pay TAX. It doesn't matter what kind of comapny it is. So if I were you I would just contact an accountant to ask if you have to pay tax and such on. Just in case. 4solutions 04-04-2002, 05:48 PM Originally posted by Andyc Are there any resellers in Florida? Do you have to charge sales tax or what are the tax laws concerning this.
