Hi guys I need help on finding a script for a charity. Basically we need something that can be implemented into a design.
We are running like a sign up form for teams to compete together. Basically we need it to have the Personal info and team choice (there will be 2 teams.) Then once submited we need the first name of the person to be listed on the roster for the specified team. Somebody please help!
