Guys,

I hope you are all doing fine. I need you to fill me up. We want to know what should essentially be included in a web hosting template.

We need to know what are your menus/navigational links, etc.

In other words, just answer this:

If we are to design you a webhosting template, what do you expect to be included in there? And we would like to know what is your ideal price for it?

The more people answer this, the better we will be able to provide the right template elements. There are a lot of us here web designers. I'm sure the others are also interested to know.

Thanks in advance for the time.

:)

I'm not a host or a template designer, but as a consumer I can tell you what I look for...

Ease of navigation. Really important IMO...
No silly coding errors.
No annyoing flashing or animations.

But anyways, as a consumer I look for these links, in no specific order:
Plans (duh) with a "read more" link.*
TOS/AUP*
Clients
Privacy Policy*
About us*
Network*
FAQ and/ or Knowledge Base*
Support (forum link is a plus)*
Online Manual*
Control panel demo (screenshot ok)

The ones I labeled with a "*" are important to me as a customer.

Just my $0.02... As far as a price, I cant help you there :)

Now that was fast!

Thanks for the reply, MGCJerry!

Some more inputs? Just think of it as if you are asked one by one (yes, you web hosting people including resellers of web hosting). The more we hear from you, the better we will be able to serve you on the future designs.

Looking to hear from the rest.

Thanks in advance.

I would think a good way to judge what webhosts want on their websites would be to start browsing websites of webhosts & noticing what they do and don't have.
