I was just wondering if any of you ever send your customer a satisfaction survey, to see what they like best and least or do you just wait for them to make comments on their own?

I'm planning to do this when I release my new website design and my new (in house developed Control Panel, not for sale :P).

I'm going to ask what they think of it and how I should log it. My customers are able to fill it in with their name and anomyous. And I'm thinking of offering the people that fill it in correctly some amount of extra webspace. But I must find a way so that people fill it in the way they really think and niot just only for the extra webspace or something.

why not just get as many people as possible to fill it in and then those who do it correctly get the extra webspace, but dont tell them beforehand

But what is filled out correctly. And I wanted to offer the extra webspace because then (almost) everyone would fill it in.
