Hi, I'm interested in starting an online business where users can pay an annual fee and be able to download all the digital media contained within it. I'm looking for a program to streamline the process of creating such a site, but I haven't had much luck finding one. My situation is unique because 1) I don't need to ship anything and 2) I don't want a traditional shopping cart system. I'd also need a secure way to block unauthorized users from downloading the media. I'd be really grateful if someone could either point me in the direction of such a site builder or if anyone knows of good website design tutorials that could help me accomplish my goals. Thanks :)

why dont you install a vbulletin ?, create a users group, and then, if the user are in specific user group, allow them to downloads....
