I am from Europe, do you charge any extra tax over that prices?

cPanel for EUR 39 per month or EUR 349 per month.
DirectAdmin for EUR 10 per month or EUR 79 yearly or EUR 125 lifetime.

Customers in Europe with a valid VAT id don't pay any tax, customers without do pay 19% VAT.

Hi, I was going to write privately but I thought that others may be interested in the same questions:

1. What does "managed" service include? Everyone has a different interpretation of "managed". :)
(- Managed service possible from EUR 15 per month)

2. You say that customers without vat number in Europe pay vat of 19%. That is European Union countries only? Asian countries don't pay the vat or do they?

3. You wrote "two IPs standard. More on request". What is the charge for additional IPs?

4. I noticed that some prices have decreased since your last post (ie: cpanel and directadmin). When prices decrease, are they decreased for existing customers also?

5. What documents/forms/contracts are needed to start an account? (I don't know where to find anything on the dutch site).

Hello,

1. Basic management for EUR 15 per month. This includes updates and some security tweaks.

2. Customers outside the EU don't pay VAT.

3. Additional IP's free, but you'll have to be able to justify them.

4. Changes in pricing apply to all customers. Existing customers are automatically charged the new pricing.

5. We only need your full adress and telephone number. We also require customers to state what they'll be using the server for, to prevent us from accepting customers with the intentions of using the server to host things illegal by Dutch law.
