firm located in Boca Raton, Florida. This is not a remote job you can
do from home. You must live in or near the Boca Raton area to fill the position.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with hosting experience
who wishes to be a part of a very successful web hosting company that focuses on quality customer care. This is a fast paced environment requiring individuals with strong work ethics and the ability to be a team player.

Duties will include customer sales and tech support via live chat and
phones. A strong knowledge of WHM and cpanel is required in addition to a good understanding of the essentials of web hosting.
Experience in the hosting field is a strong plus. There is plenty of room for advancement as this is a rapidly growing company, acquiring more than 1000 new customers per month.

Pay is competitive and is dependent upon your experience. You must be able to reliably and effectively assist hosting customers with a tovariety of needs. We will train the right individuals for the job.

At the present time, we need individuals who are able to work a
variety of shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Good point, but the Boca Raton area isn't exactly that "tech". I live about an hour from it in a bigger area, and even where I am is fairly low-tech.
