I'm looking for a new VPS and I notice resellerzoom is offering free end-user support. They'll support my customers.

Anyone using this service, Pros Cons, hows the response time and quality of support? Any limits on number of tickets?

Well crap, I contacted resellerzoom with some questions and realized they don't offer VPS. Looked at so many plans lately.

I don't think you'll find many VPS companies that offer end-user support. You're most likely going to find that in the Reseller portion of the industry than VPS. If you can't find a VPS provider that provides end-user support, you should try asking them if you can pay an additional fee for it.

No, those are just their 'high end reseller' brand (hense the reseller part in the url, and that information related to offering a vps is not listed)
