they cancelled my account for no reason, and did not uphold their advertising of: "if you cant be that price, we'll give you $1000."

i had to do a chargeback with them on my cc, now there's a big investigation.

their customer service is horrible. they dont return calls at all, and they're not organized.

Maybe it's because 1 negative post shouts louder than 100 silence satisfied customers. Usually, the ones who are satisfied are the ones who have static page, just for web presence. No interactive support required. :)

Although I don't know about ***** service's, they must did something right to some or more people.
