This is the spamming email from sartunhost.com, I really hate those spamming emails like this, especially when the From and To fields are both from hostme@saturnhost.com, so I post it here for others to watch out this spammer.

what I hate the most is these new spammers that actually tell you "to be removed from our mailing list please email wathever@domain.com" .. and you mail it, and it gets bounced .. damm people ..

LOL... I like it even better when they give you a toll-charge telephone number in order to unsubscribe (from something to which you never subscribed in the first place, obviously).
