I believe I have heard of them before, and nothing bad stands out in my head. I have no experience with them though.

I tried to visit their site via your link and was unsucessful... is the URL correct? maybe there is a DNS change in effect or a tiny bit of downtime, which is understandable.

No experience with them either.

The link is correct...I can get to it just fine. Somtimes, tough, I am unable to access their site using the www in front of the domain name. I believe that it's some sort of DNS issue, seeing as when I change the DNS server address on my computer, it seems to work.

I have no problems accessing their site now.
As I suspected, it was just one of those internet hiccups we all encounter every now and again.
