Can you provide a little more info about what you need done for this flash banner? When a user searches for a domain name, I'm assuming the data just gets sent to some offsite webpage which then displays the results etc... also length and budget?

It is possible, all the domain name search thingies I have found are run by CGI, which can be called from inside of a Flash movie. Now the response to that search, it would most likely HAVE to be displayed in a seperate browser window.
