We worked a lot of hosting company for 6 years. The best is Site5 for us. Because their support is fast. Their prices is cheap. They are reliable(Their company had opened in 1999). Their uptime is 99.9%. They allow free reseller tools like Fantastico, RVSkin, ClientExec, private DNS servers etc.

No one can really say what is best or not.

It's all about what you need and what you know.

A novice and a more experienced customer may need different things, so it's really a matter of what YOU think looks best, and not what someone else thinks is best.
