There are all kinds of upgrdes available, you can use the order form to see what they would cost if you paid monthly. You would need to contact me directly in order to get one time pricing for upgrades, or even just lowering the monthly fee.

You can get up to 32 IPs with each server, but it would cost extra.

is your monitoring 24/7?

We monitor two out of five services (ping, ssh, http, ftp, pop-3) 24/7. If any of those fails, we're paged and if the customer has left the root password stored in our Helpdesk, we will try to go in and rectify the problem.

If you mean where, we pick up the bandwidth from HE.net, from Equinix in Dallas, TX.

I cant say nothing but praises for TMS, especially Jose :D You won't regret it. I have 2 servers with them and might be getting a third one. Even their normal HE bandwidth are great as well.

Let me second that. With all the thousands of hosters out there it's hard to find professional people who know what they do.
