Hello there,

Fraud is everywhere. Let's not generalize the blame to these countries. (Indonesia, Malaysia & Philippines). Well, everyone commit mistakes and somehow they should be given due process.
Or maybe give them a bit of warning that would made them realized the damaged they caused so that everyone will be alarmed or benefited without hurting others (in fairness to those who are not crooks and also belong to these countries mentioned.)

I understand your feeling GordonH and let me express my apology in behalf of these people.

Forgive, yes. For them not to pay for what they done, no.

(eg. Steal something, you may be forgiven, but you still might do time... etc...)
