We "sold out" of our servers almost 2 weeks ago except for current customers and var partners so we could properly catch up on everyones administrative issues and come up with our next offers.

We posted this before - but here it is again.

We are going to release more servers and start taking orders again today.

Our setup is much more complex and service oriented than some of the others out there and it takes us a little more time.

We add VLANS for each server for extra security and we also give each customer a customized extranet page with their graphs and an APC reboot login.

It takes longer - but I think it is worth it.

Your offers certainly look interesting, but... one factor that stops me from getting out my plastic is that pings from my location to your NOC are greater-than 100ms. Normally, I can ping anything on the eastern US <50ms off a cable modem connection (Charter.net). A traceroute to your web site show a physical route going from east-coast to various ATT routers to Calif. ending up in San Francisco and then back to the east coast in Atlanta.

Any info on this?

From my place (Asia), ping to my tranxactglobal server is always slower than the others as well. The network is stable, but it surely needs some tunings.
