Alight, this whats going on, i need a new Domain name and i was over come with all of these conditions, and extras,

So i wanna know:

Who is the best companyto register with (PS im almost broke lol)

Do i need to list privately (So i am not on WHOIS)

Any other info i may find helpful as this is the first doman i will be dealing with.

1) You can register your domains with NameCheap / GoDaddy / Registerfly.com, most of my domains are with Registerfly and overall I am happy with them.

2) You are the ONLY one to decide whether you want to hide your contact info or not.

Aside from what CSDesk said, make sure to list the registrant in
your name or that of your existing holdings (like your company if
you have one). Registrars treat the listed registrant as the legal
owner, no ifs ands or buts.

Where did you go thru all that? Go Daddy or netsol? :D

RegisterFly, Godaddy, enom they are all OK and offer some form of whois protection

www.DomainSite.com at $6.99 for a plain jane vanilla domain is probably your cheapest safe solution.

www.NameCheap.com at $8.88 is probably worth the extra $1.89 because it gives you URL fowarding, Dynamic DNS,etc, etc. and their WhoisGuard is free for the first year I believe.

I recomend NameCheap.
