Howdy,
I have this hosting site that I was hoping to hire someone to help me out with it. There are some things I always let fall through the cracks, like getting customers signed up, updating the web pages, and so on. What I was thinking was a compensation structure tied to the number of customers. So, I'd pay you $X.xx per customer. So, if in August, we had 25 customers, you would get paid 25 x $X.xx for that month. Then, if we had 30 customer in September, you'd get 30 x $X.xx.

I'm pretty good with things like marketing, lead generation, deal making, and so on, but let the details like getting the customers signed up, paying, upgrades, monitoring support (customer support is done through a paid service on this, you wouldn't have to answer tickets). Keep the site working, make custom offers for customers who have special requirements, pre-sales inquiries. I even have a handful of customers already, I just need to get them signed up and paying. The site is set up too, just need to turn on the ordering system. I have authorize.net and clientexec, just needs hooking up.

So, it would be better to give someone a cut of the profits rather than let the site continue on half-baked. Please contact me if you're interested, I'll give you the url (it's a killer domain), and we can chat.
