As I peruse all these hosting packages and note all the features being offered, I rarely see streaming video being mentioned. Am I missing a special code word or something that denotes they offer this particular feature?

Look for Real Video or Real Audio. It requires a seperate piece of software (Real Server) installed on the hosts hardware so it isn't a common feature.
