I contacted a gentleman in Vancouver, BC who runs Only Hosting.net. Their fees for 40 mg's is 24.95, a little steep but he says there is always someone available on the phone lines for problems. When I found out their set-up fee was 50 bucks, though, I wrote and told him I was balking. He e-mailed back and said he'd match any setup fee. Anyone know about this outfit?
