after waiting 3 days to get a 'smart' reply the problem is still not got fixed. what is happen? is anyone experiencing the same? will it get better? my clients cannot receive email and iu alreadi lose 1!! :bawling: :mad: i really like them but after hacked and hacker maybe got sensitive data of my clients i need to look for a new host :( please pm me if you have any suggestion.

No one actually got into there servers, it was a script set up to crash the server. The server was never compromised.
Did you send your question to the correct email address?
Have you tried the Voxtreme forums?
They're there, I don't understand your problem.

Sorry for your trouble, but from my own limited experience, and just browsing their support forum, they have proven themselves to be very responsive.
It is always possible that a particular email gets lost along the way. You shouldn't just wait for three days - after a reasonable amount of time, reach out to them again.

Another day at the WHT office.
What did you hope to accomplish by posting this here? Have you taken all reasonable steps to contact your reseller or are you expecting them to spoon-feed you?
WHT is not voxtreme's support forums.

Support and uptime are two different things.
From what I hear from people in this forum, yes support does exist at voxtreme, and alot of it as well.

I have to agree with the guys on this thread..
Each time i've had a problem I've receivered an email with 4 hours, most of the time its within 30 minutes.
Cocerinha have you tried posting in the forum and emailing one of their different email addresses? Are you sure its a Voxtreme problem?
