Hi guys,
Whenever I need to search for any information, I use Google and at times Yahoo. Does any one use Altavista,Lycos,Infoseek,MSN etc.?
I think majority of people use Google. Which one do you use?

Haha....I use that phrase to, interesting enough...do you think ANYONE uses lycos/infoseek anymore? I mean why would you?

I used to use Yahoo! All the time, then when I searched over to firefox (about a year ago) I just used google all the time.

Google has become a verb. That's just how much its popularity pervades our vernacular. :)

I only use google and I like it alot

I use Google and Yahoo. There seems to be no need to use anyone else.

I like google and all but people shouldn't be so exclusive.

When I can't find something (at all or easily) I'll then switch to Yahoo or MSN, and usually one of those two will have it even if google didn't.

A lot of people seem to have brand loyalty.

I've seen some people get pretty rude just because I prefer IE to Firefox.

It's just computer code and pixels on a monitor. Grow up people! ;)

we use google over here , and yes it has become a verb.. I google it all the time.

I use google yahoo, and sometimes altavista for videos i guess but not alot. Google is just so simple and good, thats probably why its doing so good.

Mostly I use Google. Sometimes, when I can't think of a better way to search than to phrase a question, I'll use Ask Jeeves because it handles questions better (IMO) than the others.

Over 2/3 of those results, are domains run by the Tons. Ever hear the SEO term, "bad neighborhood"? Having just checked it again, I'm curious how that last entry is 'related'... the one from mozilla.org. :eek:

i use google all the time, but the stats would say otherwise. Yahoo and MSN are the 2 most popular websites in the world. Google comes in 3rd.
