I downloaded MRTG from:
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/

Installed it.

Now configuring it, I need community and router name... how do I find those out? I'm trying to monitor just the traffic from the server.

I tried installing snmp, APT said to install libsnmp5 instead, which I did. How do I use it so I can use MRTG?

look snmp is in between lib and number# 5 ........ so i think i think i think thats the snmp library number 5? you installed

how do i use it tho?

snmpwalk doesn't work, nor does snmpd :(
