Ahh ... got this email today.
I take the time to write this as we (------.com) have been with several other service providers and I want to commend you for your fast and accurate service, I had a few problems (most of them user error!) and they were resolved quickly and accurately. I was a little worried that you rely entirely by email for support but I think you may have resolved an issue I ran into with other providers who did provide direct operators. There were at least three different people responding my requests and I wish I would have saved their names because they were all very, very good. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and the fact that one responder emailed me saying, "I'm not sure how that happened, but I changed it " to what other providers have said ="You messed this up! and I fixed it!" on a particular issue. I'm no expert with some of these systems and it is very refreshing that you (the experts) aren't treating me like I am an idiot! I hope this excellent support can continue and I hope you let your help desk know how much we appreciate them. Our web site is not a business, we simply provide an important service to the community which in the past was in high demand.
Its emails like this that make being a host worthwhile ....
