Hi,
I am trying to edit a photo using windows/office paint.
I have a picture of a pool, grass, trees and sky.

I want to brighten the sky in the background without it affecting the trees that go into the sky.

How do i do it?
Surely it's not by painting around the trees and leaves, is there a way where i can change it with a few clicks of a mouse?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Umm, ... MS Paint is a bit of a joke - something that Microsoft haven't put much effort into. Can you send the image?

google picasa or whatever it is called will do a minor color edit, I think.

There are quite a few other free editors that will also do minor color changes without a problem.
