Does anyone know of any "free" software which will allow the webmaster to make transcripts of chats on their site?

Hi,

Thank you for responding.

I am not using any product now. Just wanted to know if there are any free products which are available out there that can enable chat with the ability for the webmaster to obtain transcripts of those chats.
