View Full Version : Anyone else have trouble contacting 2Checkout by phone?

I have tried calling 2Checkout 3 times over the past hour as a customer of mine accidentally cancelled his subscription when he got his credit card statement, but realized that "2Checkout Inc" was the charge for his hosting service a few minutes after having them cancel it.

At any rate, they told him that they would call him back and tell him what the charge was before cancelling his subscription. But instead they just cancelled it anyway.

The problem is that when I try to phone 2Checkout, there isn't anybody there. I just get "the party you are calling is not available", or something along those lines. Has anyone else had this problem?

On another note, I have a customer who wants to change her credit card information because she is getting a new card at another bank, and she tried phoning 2Checkout 10 times over a week, and never ever could reach anybody there -- and her calls were not returned. I also have an email which I sent them and resent just to make sure they got it which I sent a week ago and also has not been answered/resolved. :(

Don't get me wrong, I would still recommend 2Checkout and they seem to be a good company. The thing I'm worried about though is that they don't seem to answer their phones...

On the first issue you will have to contact 2Checkout about that one. But for this one I went to 2Checkout and stopped the recurring billing and had them sign up again with the new CC information. I think that is the easiest route..
