Ok well I have a customer that does not have paypal but he has a credit card and a bank account that he can use. Paypal is not an option in this case but is there a service that would allow him to use his credit card and then have the money deposited into my paypal account? Thanks for the help

If you have a US, Canadian, UK paypal account. He can send you money without signing up. If you give him a pay link, he selects the option that he doesn't have an account.
This will take his credit card information, and be done with it. Not actually account or verification process needed.
This goes in saying, that he is in a supported country that paypal accepts, even though he wont sign up. It still applies.

Yeah but I tried doing that but he cannot use his paypal account since it was limited and they have his credit card number on file so they recognized that it was him and the transaction didn't go through.

Maybe you should try getting a merchant account, and stepping up from 3PP problems?
Or if it is that much bother for one client, sign up to a service similar to paypal like stormpay and ask him to do the same to send you money.

Hmm well I am looking at MoneyBookers right now but I don't know how many stores accept this or if they could even send a check.

Or if you want your customers to be able to type in credit card details and send money to you.
www.2checkout.com
No sign up, Enter credit card via their hosted page for you. Done.
It was last year when we used them, so not much fresh experience, but maybe for your need. It may be ideal.

The thing is that he is paying me $75 and there is a $50 setup fee plus all future customers I am hoping that they will have paypal and they probably should so I would end up with $25 at the end for one customer.

Perhaps they can mail you the money?

Yeah but I would rather have an online payment option if possible but if not then we will have to arrange that.

Try what I said about Stormpay, and mailing.
Hope you get the payment!
