vBulletinGraphics.com is almost ready for launch, the one problem we are facing at this time is that we are short on designers. We need designers that are familiar with the ever popular vBulletin Forum Software (at least enough to make complete custom button sets & styles). We are giving you the option of which postion you would like to take on, button set designer, or style set designer. While the style sets take longer to do, more money will be paid to the designer that does those, over the ones that do the button sets (regardless, both designers will be paid).

All button sets must be priced at no more than $5-$10/per set purchased, all styles may not be priced at over $75 each. Please note, the button sets and style sets will not be sold only one time, they will be sold multiple times as you see how web templates are sold (you are given the chance to make money per sale instead of just a one time only sale).

We wanted to be fair about the amount that was kep by vBulletinGraphics.com from each sale, but it did take a little time to think things through, after a while we came up with the following:

Buttton Sets
$1 on each $5 button set sold
$2 on each $10 button set sold

Example:

If you are chosen as one of our designers and you make 1 button set and you price it at $5 and sell 10 of those button sets this month, we will take $2 on each sale, coming to a total of $10. We will keep $10 and you will be sent $40 as your payment.

If you are chosen as one of our designers and you make 1 button set and you price it at $10 and sell 10 of those button sets this month, we will take $2 on each sale, coming to a total of $20. We will keep $20 and you will be sent $80 as your payment.

Styles
On all styles we take a rate of 12% per sale no matter the cost of the style may be.

Example:

If you have a style you are selling for $75 and you sell 1 of those this month, we will take 12% ($9) of that and keep it, you will be sent $66.

Designers are payed each month via PayPal for their sales. We do keep track of every sale, as well as each desigers sales. If you require any other such payment method, payment may be delayed as paypal will be our main payment gateway.

We feel the above rates are fair, it allows us to be able to bring in a profit to pay for what we need to, as well as allow our designers to retain a good amount of the profit.

We are only accepting 2-3 designers, so if you plan to submit your name in, please do so quickly as we will not hold any spots open, once a spot is taken, it is gone unless for some reason they are fired or removed from our website - we would like to see some previous work you have done in order to help make out decision, so please keep that in mind when you are contating me.

Note: Designers wishing to take part in making styles will need to already have vBulletin. All styles need to be saved as a .style file so that customers can easily install the style without having to implement the design themselved. We WILL NOT be providing access to vBulletin nor a copy of it so that you can do this.
