Well because we do not have heaps of Server 2003 on hand, and we have very limited. And we guaranteed it is a legal copy. Unlike many other companies in the Asian countries offering pirated copies and bring customers in trouble one day.

Please NOTE: 100Mbps port server will not be the same speed as above links! This is due to different network settings upon on the 100Mbps port. It will be way faster!

The speed is will probably not be very accurate because when a new customer comes in, it will locate on a different rack, so network will be slightly different but margin will not be big differences.

For 10Mbps servers, can I use 10Mbps all day if I need?

Only if you could pull 10Mbps from overseas.
But if you could pull 10Mbps locally, you are welcome to do so.

What is your bandwidth to Asia countries? Can I expect to actually push 10Mbps constantly to China and Taiwan?

We do not guaranteed any bandwidth in this situation with Pacific Supernet. International bandwidht in Hong Kong is as expensive as Singapore's.
