I have an old copy of my osCommerce database but due to the down time with StaticHost i rebult my shop in the mean time. Now i have the backup of my old one is it possble to import my old clients and orders into my fresh copy of the shop.?

yes it is

Well then you should be able to just take the backup of your old database and dump it right into your new database using phpmyadmin. Check the backup in a text editor first to make sure it's not setup to "DROP IF EXISTS" or anything of the sort. It shouldn't overwrite any additions you have made, but it will most likely overwrite all your settings if they are different.

I have never done this so I am only speaking on theory here.

i tryed added the bits i wanted but it put it into the data base but did not update the admin section so it dont see the user nor orders as there :S
