A potential client of mine is having a problem trying to access our plesk control panel. This is the first i've heard about this.

It should not matter if he's using XP or not, the only thing that matters is browser and it's setting.

Thats what i thought. When I made a new account he could login fine. Od. His security settigns were medium, and medium-low.
