im really sorry if ive posted this in the wrong place but i googled my problem and it came up with this forum.
basiclt my e-bay account has been suspended after an unauthorised user listed mobile phones on my account.
someone on here had the same problem and i was wondering how they managed to resolve the issue and how long it took?
there are lots of topics about this on e-bays web site but i cant post anything because i cant get into my account!

Did you email ebay? It might take a few days for them to respond.

hi there. ive just recieved a response from ebay saying my account should be reinstated today sometime, so panic over, i can start making money again to keep the wolves from the door :P.

There are lots of scary stories out there about Paypal and Ebay (same company) but I've always found them to be very reasonable.

I think that your problem might be resolved but ensure it also at your end to check with your other members who may use your account to verify that they did not make any changes.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I got suspended and my feedback was well over 1000 at 99.8% when they took away my only source of income. No warning, no nothing, just poof. I did the usual, contacted safeharbor, faxed credentials, and waited. nothing. bought "around the bay" and that "how2ebayagain" book and a few others (save yourself the money, they're all the same and none of em work...got 3 accounts supended in about a month). Then I came across this site --> http://ebaysuspension.ezguidebooks.com and was like WOW. ebay's new security is TIGHT and unless you know how to work around it you're going to be suspended for quite a while if not indefinitely. I got back on, but there's no way I can recoup the weeks of not selling.

so does it work. They don't provide much information as to what they are going to share for $20

I was unfairely suspended by ebay over 3 months ago. They suck. A friend of mine told me of this guy who helped me get back on with an ebay account, paypal, and bank account. Works great, never had a problem since. You should check him out. He has a website now (didnt when I got mine).

that was enough to make me suspicious enough to not try.Dont waist your time. I checked that out before I got set up with a new account. Not everything is accurate in it..definately not worth $30.00
