Hi Guys, new here...

Anywho, I am in need of a knowledge base software. I DO NOT need a ticket system or support system like that. I have that under control. I just need a knowledgebase or FAQ software, that just displays FAQs and whatnot.

I like Kayako, however I have no need for the ticket system, and I feel purchasing it would be a slight waste of money. Same goes for Cerberus.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

www.helpexec.com - well supported. There's also http://www.phpmyfaq.de/ which I have used.

I've used KnowledgeBuilder (http://www.activecampaign.com/kb/) for quite a while. It does its job very well. Backed by good support.

Cerberus has a free one-email edition.

I also recommend HelpExec. It's very nicely done and well worth its small price. http://www.helpexec.com

Check out this thread http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=423119

I am extremely happy with KnowledgeBuilder (http://www.activecampaign.com/kb/), and even more so with the new version which has just been released. I did a lot of looking before narrowing it down to one company which had a script I really liked, but as they weren't responding to my e-mails, I asked for recommendations here. I am really glad that I did as the KB I now have is better than the one I was so keen on (just as well they didn't answer their e-mails!).

Hey guys,

Thanks for all of the friendly replies :)

I've decided on Helpexec, as it looks the best for what I need.
