We have resolved the issue on panda sorry for the delay. Our announcement page has indicated our chat will be offline except from 9am-5pm until Friday morning. This is because we are doing a restructure of our company as we speak.

Is really needed; the problem i see is not in support , is infrastructure.

I am monitoring the reseller i have in panda, and are up 95.7% .. and down ... i speak with some other resellers and the majority of us are speaking with our customers in advance.

We have been moving some sites off panda due to their adult traffic which basically causes spikes and crashes the server due to the load. This is why there has been some problem these few days on panda. Not only that but we were redoing our procedures for our team as well as office space to improve our efficiency.

We are almost done with the move right now panda load average is under 1.00 and lower and we'll be looking if there are any other adult sites on the server so we can move it to one of our 64bit server we just built.
