Anyone knows if I can use my personal MMA account (Etrade) to receive funds? Or do I need a business checking/saving? I'm thinking about using cdgCommerce.

As long as you have a U.S. bank account that allows electronic credits & debits, it will work absolutely fine.

Just keep in mind that if you are using E*TRADE, the routing # on ACH transactions may be different than checks that you write from it, so you will want to verify that information with them when you submit to us.
