ChadNetworks 07-20-2005, 01:46 AM Hostgators prices are great, but do thier prices match thier service (same quality?) - I personally do not think so! And you are basing this on...? I’m not trying to be offensive or anything, but if you do/did host with them, please say so. Or are you just going by reviews.. etc? Personally based on reviews and how they usually stay rock solid to their TOS/AUP, I think they do a great job, and the prices are a flawless representation of that. If anything the prices may be a tad bit low, in my opinion. My 2 cents, once again. tommyjh02 07-24-2005, 02:44 AM This may sound unfair to netway, but I've been checking to see if anyone is available through out the day on the support end, and many times there aren't, hostgator, always someone there, always. VN-Ken 07-24-2005, 03:25 AM Hello, I've actually been up for the past 24 hours trying to move our accounts over to a new billing manager, and all this time I've been on live help. Note that on our website, we do not guarantee that there will always be a representative but our support desk is manned 24/7 however. We also do not see any messages from our live help system as well, which would have went to our help desk. If in any event live help is for some reason not available, it is always best to e-mail, as live support isn't the best way to determine a hosts support response times. Thank you insomniah 07-24-2005, 06:58 AM Hi all, Host Gator are great... I have been using them for the last year or so and have only had trouble with them once. As a general rule they treat me with respect and are always there when i need them.. Thats my 10 cents worth. |
