I'm looking for a book on how to make a secure loggin using php, protecting files and all that kind of stuff. I searched and searched still can't find a good one.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure if you will exactly find a book based on security with PHP. Try looking around at www.devshed.com, www.hotscripts.com, www.planetsourcecode.com, www.phpclasses.org and so forth for some tutorials or scripts which have already been created.

What do you mean off-topic?

Those sites will have tutorials and older threads on how to protect files and logging in scripts etc.
