What is the application that hosting companies are looking for? what do you need that isn't available yet? what features will it have etc. ?

I know you're looking for something to manage EVERYTHING including billing tech problems etc etc. but let's start out focused on something.. departments etc.

A solution that can measure all kind of bandwidth usage on shared server name based environment. This get asked over and over again without getting any practical answer.

A control panel with many useful features but without bugs.

How about an all inclusive managing control panel where it has everything from billing to helpdesk support built in, so users only need one set of logins for the whole account. One thing that would be the best and most successfull idea in my opinion is setting up an e-mail que of sorts, where users can only send x amount of messages per day unless they notify the host. This will greatly reduce the spam that is sent from the servers.
