View Full Version : Any decent UK Hosting co's ????

I've got about 30 clients hosted with a UK based hosting operation on Win2K servers (wont mention any names on this board)

I had <90% uptime last week - 3 outages of >7hrs during working hours and >7pm at night.

Today .. service went off at 10.00 .. its now 15.00 ... I am SERIOUSLY cheesed off --- no reply to email or telephone from their "24/7 call centre"

All I want is a *decent*, *reliable* service provider - right now I'm seriously considering a dedicated solution

Please .. can anyone recommend a UK based professional, reliable hosting outfit with 24.7 support - so if something does go wrong I can pick up the phone and get it sorted.

My budget is about £200 PCM for a Win2K Dedi with about 10GB Bandwidth

99.9% uptime SLA, 100% telehouse based, can provide plenty of references (and you can contact them to verify), can offer a reseller account or a dedicated server.

Haven't see any bad words said about KDA and plenty of good'uns so they come recommended. Have they a UK presence now or still in the US ?

They always have been UK based. Servers are in the Datacolo DC in the US though.

I host with KDAWebServices and have to say it's by far the best choice i ever made hosting with them. Dean and karl are so helpful even at 2am in the morning :D

I've never had one single problem whilst hosting with KDA.... in 16 months.

ive been using them for 3 months and i honestly cant think of anything bad to say about them

ive got both deane/karl on msn and they're on it 24-7 so any probs you just message them

cant speak highly enough of them:)

I would contact KDA, they are settign up UK based service as well
