Hi

does anyone know what AOL's SMTP server is?
Since they block Port 25 for outgoing mails !!!

We have a customer who thinks its a problem on our side since outlook gives him an error on outgoing messeges.

any responce will be seriously appreciated

Thanks

AOL Uses their own email system, and makes no SMTP or POP3 Server available to the public. Its kind of a pain since they sometimes block port 25. The only thing you can do is use webmail :(

Yup, AOL doesn't provide SMTP services.

Aol is the lamest ISP in the world. I think they're doing that for selfish strategic purposes... so that they can lock you in to their system and make it extremely painful when you want to leave their service.

Of course, there's always free email services like yahoo and hotmail...

I hate AOL too, but I retain it only for email purposes.

I have made available my AOL -> POP3 system at my website (www.porkchup.com), let me know what you think. SMTP will come soon.
