I am trying to decide between all the shopping carts out there, I read all the reviews. I have very little kowledge if any with these so I need to know, Which is the easiest and which has the most features???

I've heard a lot of good things about OSCommerce,... unfortunately, I haven't had the pleasure of loading 1000+ products into one yet. :) Good luck with that. It should keep you busy for at least a week or two.
