Hello, yes this might be possible, please contact us for custom things. Debian should be no problem though.

Is this on CRNC or Cogent bandwidth for outbound?

JHServers
07-16-2005, 08:33 PM
It is currently on CRNC bandwidth for outgoing, but we'll be moving to primarily cogent bandwidth for outbound with CRNC's main network as a failover. We do have plans to bring in an additional provider for primary usage, but we are not sure on which provider we'll be choosing yet so we don't want to falsely advertise it. Thank you.

Are you a reseller or colo with them?

capped port? or on 100mbps port and billed on 95th?

JHServers

We have an exclusive, highly customized reselling partnership with CRNC, we do not colo with them.

Everything is capped to the speeds listed. That way when customers rack up overages, we aren't left high and dry when they decide not to pay them.

I belive I might have ordered the first one of these. When it comes to setup times, do I get billed from the first day the server was setup or from the day the order was submitted.

JHServers

Hello, we do have another package 1 available, please note it says 24-72 hours, we do not guarantee setup within 24 hours.

Kantzow, when your server is setup, you will have your next month's renweal date moved to exactly 1 month from the time your server information was sent to you.

Thank you.

My apologies for not updating this earlier, we sold out of these boxes a couple days ago. We do anticipate to have more servers available soon. Thank you.
