A search of ddihosting on this forum will show you lots of unfavorable comments about them in the past. Haven't heard much of jonesolutions, but try the search button and see what you get.

I didnt sign with Jones for reasons having nothing to do with them. But we did exchange a lot of email and even a phone conversation. The company was very responsive to my questions and provided great information. If the rest of their operation is the same, then it would be great.
