I'm working on an article for SitePoint.com and i need your help. I'm not going to go tell you all anything mainly because i have a lot of work to do and i'm still just planning. BUT in the mean time i need you help.

as often as needed. just remove the resolved or not resolved wording depending on if the issue was fixed etc.
